When We Know Better, We Do Better

Like many of you, my heart aches as I watch the news.

Like many of you, I believe in the right of our black fellow Americans to do more than feel safe, I believe in their right to thrive.

As a white, gender conforming, heterosexual, able bodied, legalized woman in America my knowledge of the daily struggles of these, my fellow Americans, is limited.

It’s my job to learn more.

As Maya Angelou said, “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”

With this in mind, here is a list of resources I have been/will be tapping into. I send them along to you today in the hope they are useful to you as well.
